NetCop Thread Charter

Given that:

(a) We have had this discussion many times before;
(b) Nobody changed their mind as a result; and
(c) Nothing at all happened as a result;

And Further Considering that:

(a) The thread is incredibly boring;
(b) The thread will eventually deteriorate into people shouting "well all the complaints about netcopping generate even more traffic than we'd have if you didn't netcop at all" at one another;
(c) We have heard all those arguments too;
(d) Those arguments are also incredibly boring;
(e) In fact, the thread generally has been, is and will always be incredibly boring; and
(f) The thread will not change anybody's opinion or practice;

Could you all kindly

(a) Shut the f--- up.
