HA! Goes to show what you know. We already meet in old donut shops and sewers. In fact, we PREFER it that way. (Some of Essex Ltd.'s best places are in sewers.)

We are presently located in the back of the New Mutants Memorial Bar and Grill, right next to the Bakery Shop run by Clara.
We do our laundry across the street, for a minimal fee due to our special lease here, and also a standing room reserved at Hotel California for those times when we want to get away.
